Replacement Over Returns:
- We do not accept item returns for refunds. Instead, we offer replacements to ensure you get exactly what you need.

Eligibility for Replacements:
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and accompanied by the original receipt as proof of purchase.
- Replacements must be requested within 1-3 days of the purchase date.

Bible Size Adjustments:
- If you’ve purchased a Bible and wish to exchange it for a smaller or larger size, you can do so.
- If the new Bible costs more than your original purchase, you’ll only need to pay the difference. If the new Bible costs less, we will not issue a cash refund but can provide a store credit for future use.

Exclusions:
- Personalized, custom or engraved items cannot be replaced unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- Items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for replacement.
