RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at sales@keswickbooks.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

 

EXCEPTIONS    

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: 

  •     already used  

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange. 

Please Note

  •        A __Ksh 200____ restocking fee will be charged for all returns.          
  •        Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.   
  •        The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore, for your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.   
  •        The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.   
  •        There are no refunds on items damaged during shipping. In that case, you must file a claim with the carrier.   
  •        Orders that are paid for with a credit card and returned will be assessed a KSh 100 as processing fee.   
  •        We do not refund shipping costs MPesa or credit card fees. They will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.   
  •        We currently do not support cash on delivery. Full payment must be made in advance either via mobile money transfer, card payment or bank payment.   
  •        In case of a refund, either partial or full, the transaction fees incurred by KESWICK will be deducted from the refund amount.   
  •        The client has an obligation to respond to any communication either written or oral in order to facilitate delivery. Failure to which, KESWICK will deliver the item to the nearest or most convenient KESWICK branch.   
  •        For international orders (outside Kenya), the client will be required to contact KESWICK before making an order for a shipping fee estimate.   
  •        EMS is a Posta subsidiary and may, in some cases, not offer door to door deliveries. In such cases, the client will be required to collect their order at the nearest Posta office.
