1. Replacement Over Returns:

   • We do not accept item returns for refunds. Instead, we offer replacements to ensure you get exactly what you need.

2. Eligibility for Replacements:

   • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and accompanied by the original receipt as proof of purchase.
   • Replacements must be requested within 1-3 days of the purchase date.

3. Bible Size Adjustments:

   • If you’ve purchased a Bible and wish to exchange it for a smaller or larger size, you can do so.
   • If the new Bible costs more than your original purchase, you’ll only need to pay the difference. If the new Bible costs less, we will not issue a cash refund but can provide a store credit for future use.

4. Exclusions:

   • Personalized, custom or engraved items cannot be replaced unless there is a manufacturing defect.
   • Items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for replacement.

5. How to Request a Replacement:

   • Visit our store with the item and receipt, and our team will assist you in finding the perfect replacement.
